Gideon Asset Management is pleased to announce the purchase of Bethany Care Center, a 82 bed skilled nursing facility, located at 2309 Hayes Street NE in Minneapolis, Minnesota. 
 
JoJo Chehebar, Founder and Partner of Gideon, said; “we are happy to have been able to purchase a Nursing Home property in a prime location with upside value in the management of the property. Immediately upon closing, our team visited the property with our patient care management team, as well as Nursing Home designers and contractors, in order to begin our planned improvements to the building and overall operations.”
